Order by Fax or Mail
By printing the order form and completing it. Simply fax or mail the completed form. Our 24-hour fax number is (805) 466-5919. (Please note, unsolicited advertising will not be accepted at this fax number.) Our mailing address is: Impact Publishers, Inc., P.O. Box 6016, Atascadero, CA 93423-6016.

Prepayment in U.S. funds is required. Online orders require a Visa or MasterCard. For phone, fax or mail orders we accept checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, and institutional purchase orders. (Actually, we accept cash, too, but it's not a good idea to mail it.) Orders received without complete payment (price of items, applicable tax, shipping charges) will be delayed. Sorry, we don't ship C.O.D.

Orders received weekdays before 11:00 P.T. will be shipped within 48 hours. Please call 1-800-246-7228 if you require expedited shipping.

Quantity Discounts: Orders for 10 or more items shipping to a single location receive a 20% discount! (Inquire for discounts on 100 or more.)

International Orders

  • Orders from outside the USA must be prepaid in U.S. funds.

  • For orders to U.K. and Europe, please email Publishers Group UK, call (44) 020 8804 0400, or visit their website at www.pguk.co.uk.
  • Online orders placed with us for delivery outside the U.S. are shipped Foreign Airmail Delivery (seven to ten business days): $13.00 for the first item and $3.00 for each additional item.
Organization/Institutional Orders
  • Prepayment: Orders totaling less than $40 must be prepaid.
  • Purchase orders: We will invoice orders for $40 or more (merchandise only) submitted on printed institutional purchase order forms. Payment in full is required 30 days from date of invoice.
  • Examination copies: Please send your request on school/college letterhead or standard examination copy request forms. You will receive an invoice. However, you'll receive full credit if, within 60 days of invoice date, (1) we receive an order for 10 or more copies of the book, showing your invoice number, OR (2) the book is returned to us in good condition.

REFUND POLICY

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from this site, return it in saleable condition within 30 days and receive a refund for the value of the merchandise. Call 1-800-246-7228, or email us via the contact page to inquire about return instructions.
