You can order from us directly via our secure shopping cart system using your Visa or MasterCard. From Impact's home page visit "Books with Impact," select a title, and click on "Add to Shopping Cart." Follow the prompts to change the quantity, delete an item, complete your order, or continue shopping. Or, if you already know what you want to order, use Impact's Easy Online Order Form. Prepayment in U.S. funds is required. Online orders require a Visa or MasterCard. For phone, fax or mail orders we accept checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, and institutional purchase orders. (Actually, we accept cash, too, but it's not a good idea to mail it.) Orders received without complete payment (price of items, applicable tax, shipping charges) will be delayed. Sorry, we don't ship C.O.D.

Shipping Information and Rates
Domestic Orders: Online orders in the United States are shipped via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. (Deliveries to post office boxes and military addresses are shipped via USPS.)
Residential Delivery: $6.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item (allow 4-8 business days).

Business Delivery (phone, mail or fax orders only): $5.00 for the first item and $1.00 for each additional item (allow 4-8 business days).

Organization/Institutional Orders
Prepayment: Orders totaling less than $40 must be prepaid.
Purchase orders: We will invoice orders for $40 or more (merchandise only) submitted on printed institutional purchase order forms. Payment in full is required 30 days from date of invoice.

Examination copies: Please send your request on school/college letterhead or standard examination copy request forms. You will receive an invoice. However, you'll receive full credit if, within 60 days of invoice date, (1) we receive an order for 10 or more copies of the book, showing your invoice number, OR (2) the book is returned to us in good condition.

Library Orders
Discount: Public and school libraries only are granted a 10% discount on paperbacks, 15% on hardcovers. Orders must be submitted on institutional purchase order or standard library order forms. Note: Most Impact titles are available from Baker & Taylor and Ingram.
